Bridal Jewelry
Your
satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. If you are not happy with
your jewelry selection you must call us toll free within three days
of receipt for an authorization number. Please have your invoice
ready so we can obtain the information required to process your
return.
All items must be returned in their original condition. You will
be responsible for shipping the item back to us by U. S postal service
with insurance. All returns must be marked on the outside with the
return authorization number provided or it will not be accepted.
A refund in the form of a credit to your credit card will be processed
within five days of the return.

All Swarovski products are made to order. Please expect an order ship time of 14-20 business days on some items. Please choose colors carefully, made to order items are NON RETURNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE. This includes items from the following collections: Gemma Brillante, Estrella, Gemma Fiore, Royal Scepter, and Royal Highness. Other items may be returned only if you contact us for a return authorization number within five days of receipt and return the items in resaleable condition.
